One Owner From New
Just 13,218 Miles Driven
Original Paintwork
Unrepeatable Condition
Heritage Certificate
Absolutely Standard
Totally Corrosion Free
Desirable 4.2 Example
Exported from the factory to its sole owner in Canada in September 1965 - and covering only 13,218 miles since - this example is a sensation. The heritage certificate, together with the recent title change document, confirms the single family ownership that has so obviously cherished it always.
Remaining standard and unmolested for its entire life, this is an absolute pleasure to examine. It is hard to imagine that it left the factory 45 years ago and even the body number remains crayoned on various components from its passage down the production line all that time ago. One such number is visible in the photographs still showing clearly on the bulkhead next to the washer bottle.
Both the original paintwork and trimwork still look fantastic and even the carpet heelmats have been preserved by the thoughtful addition of fitted removable overmats.
The steering wheel is equally well preserved, also thanks to the addition of a removable leather cover, and the original chrome wire wheels are in remarkable condition. In fact, no area of this vehicle requires any cosmetic rectification but we will of course conduct our usual extensive mechanical checkover, re-commissioning work, cavity wax corrosion prevention treatment and comprehensive service schedule - to ensure that all mechanical aspects are in perfect order for satisfying future ownership and usage.

The stunning colour combination, in conjunction with being the most desirable 4.2 litre series 1 model option, make this coupe fantastically desirable and the condition is certainly unrepeatable.

13,218 miles and one owner from new. Unrestored and in the condition that you would expect of perhaps a 2 year old E-Type. The best original E-Type Coupe we have ever owned.
