Collectable, Desirable, Usable, Exciting.

We are building chassis #143 to our ideal specification.

A lot of thought has gone into the best direction to take such an early, thus important, E-Type and we have concluded with a fabulous combination of enhancements which preserves all the important originality but adds reliability, driveability and capability. It is a comprehensive package but the upgrades integrate neatly and discreetly and will ultimately transform this 3.8 into an absolutely superb Grand Touring machine.

It is an original right drive flat floor E-Type and we are maintaining the hugely popular and very attractive Opalescent Silver Grey paint colour with red interior and black hood combination in which it passed out through the factory gates during the first month of E-Type production in1961. The number plate could not be more perfect either as it is UK registered as '143 XKE'.

The Jaguar E-Type is indisputably established as a work of art, but with well considered and discreet modification we can add so much safety and excitement to the driving experience as well that it seems a great shame to deprive this example of the benefits. We can assure the new owner maximum joy of ownership and use.

We have fully restored the body to our usual exacting standards and, of course, included all of our corrosion prevention processes. The paint finish is jaw dropping.

The precise and expert way in which we assemble our E-Types is well recognized and acknowledged and, having undergone our fullest and most exacting attentions, #143 will be amongst the most desirable Jaguar E-types in the world.

The new owner of 143 XKE is very welcome to personalise the specification either way to fulfil their own ideal preferences. This is the list of upgrades currently proposed;
