Henry Pearman

Founder & CEO

Henry founded Eagle E-Types in 1984, inspired by his life-long passion for this iconic Jaguar. He continues to focus on both the current and future shaping of Eagle.

Paul Brace

Managing Director

Paul developed the Eagle E-Type and subsequent Special Editions and is responsible for all the technical and design work including the Speedster. Paul joined Henry in 1989 and built the first dozen Eagles.

John McLaren

Non-Executive Chairman

John is a novelist, a former diplomat, and a corporate adviser who sits on the board of several companies in the US and Europe. He commissioned and still owns Eagle No.1. 

Steve Head

Management Team

Steve assembles the Eagle E-Type, the Speedster and the Low Drag GT and coordinates the Eagle assembly programme. He joined Eagle in 2001.

Rachel May

Management Team

Rachel is our organisational superstar, dealing with customer liaison, logistics, queries and everything that helps things run smoothly.

James Salmon

Management Team

As well as co-running the paint department with Darren and painting our cars, James has a key role in the general management throughout the site. 

Darren Garner

Management Team

 Darren has over twenty years experience working to the very highest standards of automotive restoration and is now predominantly focused on metalwork and paintwork. Darren co-runs the body and paint department.

Andy Pitwell

Andy is our highly-skilled fabricator and hand produces our extensive range of bespoke parts and components. He joined Eagle in 2001.

Larry Crane

Larry has a life-long pedigree in the bodyshop and is responsible for all aspects of E-Type body restoration. He joined Eagle in 2005.

Gregg May

With a long history at Eagle, Gregg has extensive knowledge of the entire build process and now specialises in rebuilding our engines.

Ryan Thompson

Ryan is a Senior Master Technician Panel Beater with 21 years in the industry, 19 of those with a main dealer. He is a valuable member of the bodyshop team.

Alison Leeves

Alison is our trimmer and joined us with 18 years of experience, a degree in design from the University of Derby and a keen eye for detail.

Ryan Holloway

Ryan joined our paintshop with experience in all aspects of body and paint work and is continuing to develop his skills with great enthusiasm throughout the department.

Nigel Smith

Nigel has vast experience in the industry including a wealth of knowledge on Jaguar E-Types and is a main part of our service division.

Joanna Ruff

Jo is our internal accountant and a car enthusiast.  She enjoys the views from her window on handover days, and one day hopes to have her own Eagle.

Steve Williams

Steve has 34 years bodyshop and restoration experience, including working on major award-winning Ferraris. He has also spent many years specialising in the Jaguar E-Type.

Harry Sawyer

Harry is showing great promise as our trainee. He joins the team with plenty of enthusiasm and the experience of just having restored his own sports car to an impressive standard.

Dan Lawson

Dan is a lifetime classic car enthusiast and works across marketing, sales and admin for Eagle. Joining the team straight from university, he has key experience in digital marketing and runs his own classic and supercar club. 

Andy Bower

Andy has been mechanically inquisitive from a young age and, having naturally developed superb practical skills, he is a valued part of our assembly department. 

Alex Lester

With experience in race preparation, engine building, reconditioning, and a wealth of problem solving experience, we are delighted to have Alex on our servicing team.
